About me and the clinic
Gentle, precise touch, real listening and a quiet, natural space – an invitation to pause and breathe.
I’m Rafael, a certified massage therapist and reflexologist with years of experience helping people release pain, lower stress and support deeper healing processes. At “Maga BaTeva” I combine professional knowledge, personal attention and a warm atmosphere – so each session becomes time where body and mind can finally rest.
The clinic is located in Moshav Matityahu, in a homely, quiet and intimate setting – away from the noise, close to the heart. Every treatment is tailored to you: the pressure, type of treatment and session length are decided together, according to your body, your level of fatigue and what you emotionally need that day.
Both male and female certified therapists work in the clinic, so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you.
Rafael – Maga BaTeva
“My goal is that you leave the session with a real sense of relief, a deeper breath and inner quiet – and the feeling that someone truly saw and heard what your body is going through.”
Treatments at Maga BaTeva
You can combine different treatments in one session – according to your needs and what your body is asking for.
Relaxing Swedish massage
Full-body massage with warm oils and long, gentle strokes to release tension, soften muscles and reduce stress. Ideal if you feel drained, overloaded or simply need a real break.
Medical / deep tissue massage
Focused work on tight muscles, lower back, neck, shoulders and painful areas. The aim is to release blockages, improve range of motion and ease recurring pain.
Reflexology
A precise treatment on the feet that reflects all body systems. Helps balance, calm the nervous system, improve circulation and support digestion and immunity. Gentle, accurate and deeply relaxing.
Cupping
An age-old method for easing back and muscle pain, improving blood flow and reducing muscular load. The cups help “draw out” built-up tension and release stuck areas.
Hot stones & warm oils
A combination of deep heat and soothing touch. The hot stones soften the muscles and allow especially deep release, together with a feeling of being held and wrapped.
Hopi ear candles
A gentle treatment around the ears and head that brings a sense of lightness, release and calm. Especially suitable if you feel “full in the head” and need quiet.
Gentle laser therapy for pain
Soft, non-invasive laser that helps reduce pain, lower inflammation and support the body’s natural healing processes. Can be added into a massage or reflexology session.
Personal combined treatment
One session tailored just for you – a combination of massage, reflexology, hot stones, cupping or laser, depending on what your body needs that day.
Free treatments for reservists
As part of the “Amit” project for IDF reservists, eligible reservists can receive treatments at no cost (according to the project’s terms). It’s the least we can do for those who give so much of themselves.
If you’ve just returned from reserve duty, your body is tired, your muscles are tight and your nervous system is overloaded – you’re invited to come, rest and receive professional, balancing care.
To schedule a treatment, please book through the “Amit” app.

Maga BaTeva – Google Reviews
Professional and very precise treatment. I came in with strong neck and lower-back pain and Rafael knew exactly where and how to work. I left much lighter, with a real sense of calm.
A very quiet, pleasant place. From the moment you enter, the body starts to relax. Rafael explains every step, really listens and treats with sensitivity and professionalism. One of the best treatments I’ve had.
After reserve duty I was completely worn out and full of pain. The treatment I received here worked wonders – my back calmed down, my shoulders opened up and my head felt much quieter. Thank you for the care and heart.
A combined massage and reflexology session that felt like it treated my whole body in depth. I left feeling much lighter, moving more freely and with far less pain. Highly recommended for anyone with chronic pain.
Wonderful atmosphere, personal and warm care and very high-level treatments. The hot stones, oils, cupping – everything feels professional and caring. I left feeling like a new person.
